7-Day Easy Exchange Guarantee

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

You may exchange the product for:

  • The same item (different size or color), or

  • Another product of equal value

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


7-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We request customers to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval status

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
